Course Overview

Let’s Talk Money is a live, virtual, interactive study club designed for new and experienced Financial Coordinators, office managers, and other team members involved in practice financials. Led by Dixie Robinson and Janel Rykert, this full-day virtual course goes beyond basic financial tasks. Together, we will explore the systems, conversations, and daily habits that help practices collect what they are owed, reduce financial errors, strengthen communication, and create a better experience for patients and families. Attendees will participate in practical discussions, work through real-world scenarios, compare systems with other orthodontic practices, and have opportunities to ask questions throughout the day. CUSTOMIZED TO THE ATTENDEES Before the study club, attendees will be invited to submit questions and share their most common financial challenges. Dixie and Janel will use this information to customize portions of the course and address the situations attendees are facing in their own practices.
