Course Overview

A virtual, interactive Study Club designed to help orthodontic front office team members elevate the patient experience, take greater ownership of their roles and recognize the opportunities hidden within everyday calls and scheduling conversations. Join Dixie Robinson and Janel Rykert for an interactive day created specifically for orthodontic front office team members. Together, we will explore practical strategies for delivering exceptional customer service, navigating common scheduling challenges, strengthening communication and taking greater ownership of the responsibilities that keep the practice moving forward. Participants will learn how to recognize potential production opportunities, guide callers confidently, respond to cancellations and unscheduled patients, protect the schedule and create clear next steps for patients and teammates. This will not be a day of simply listening to a presentation. Participants will join roundtable conversations, work through real front office scenarios, evaluate current systems and leave with practical resources they can immediately use in their practices.
